Customer Initiated Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that orders may already be in the processing or shipping stage. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to initiate a return.

For orders that have not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow 4-6 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

Please be aware that if you cancel an order after it has been processed but before it has been shipped, a restocking fee of 15% of the total order value may be applicable. This fee covers the cost of restocking the item and processing the cancellation.

In certain circumstances, Cefacto may need to cancel an order. This could be due to factors such as product unavailability, pricing or product information errors, or any other valid reason. If we need to cancel your order, we will promptly contact you and provide a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow 4-6 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement.

Modifications to Your Order

If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes. In such cases, you will need to follow our return policy to initiate a return.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to assist with changes such as updating the shipping address, adding or removing items, or modifying the payment method. Please bear in mind that if these changes result in a difference in the total order value, we will either issue a refund or request additional payment accordingly.
